Buying a machine

Questions before you order.

Configure the machines you want and send the request. It arrives with Jeff Terhar as a structured machine-sale inquiry — models, quantities, finish, and whether you'd like to discuss financing. We confirm availability, finalize details with you, and send an invoice.
We ship anywhere in the US and can arrange international shipping. Freight and delivery timing are confirmed with your order before invoicing. If you're in Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, or King County and would rather have a machine placed and serviced by us instead of purchased, see our local vending services.
Standard is the unwrapped factory finish at the starting-at price. Custom wrap brands the machine with your artwork — logo, colors, and messaging. Wrap pricing and lead time depend on the design, so it's quoted with your order rather than added automatically.
Select "I'd like to discuss financing" when you send your request. We'll go over the options available through our distribution partners and the terms for your order before anything is invoiced. The ROI calculator and payment estimator on our financing page give a ballpark; actual terms are set by the financing partner.
Every model carries a one-year manufacturer warranty from HAHA Vending. As your distributor, we're your first call — the same family that services machines across Snohomish and Skagit County every week.
A standard wall outlet and a level spot with a little clearance for the door. 4G connectivity is built in, so no Wi-Fi is required. We'll walk you through payment processing setup and the remote management dashboard once your machine is on the way.
Yes — add any mix of models, quantities, and finishes to a single request. Multi-unit orders are where financing conversations usually start, so tell us what you're planning.

Not sure which model fits?

Tell us about the location — foot traffic, product mix, space — and we'll point you to the right cooler. Machine sales are handled by Jeff Terhar, Director of Sales, whether you're buying one machine or ten.
